At Assay Jewelers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team or visit our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry back in its original display box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original certification documents.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team and attach it to your package, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our gemologists will inspect the item for quality assurance before processing your full refund to the original payment method.
